Mike is MD of JP Events & Exhibitions. He and his partner live on a smallholding in the Cotswolds. Having worked in media and exhibitions for 30 years, Mike says how much he is enjoying his personal involvement with LovePets. ‘The British public love their pets. So to be involved in the second LovePets show in Peterborough and launching our first LovePets show in Scotland too is very exciting! Mike and his partner have horses, one Doberman called Paris and three rescue cats – one Persian and two Birmans.

Flis (short for Felicity) is the Events & Exhibitions Manager. She has over 12 years of experience within  Johnston Press in the exhibition and events  industry  on show management,  which has also included selling exhibition space .  Her menagerie of pets at home includes: 2 Jack Russells, Poppy 13 who was a rescue dog after being dumped from a car on Beachy Head and Titch who is just 3 and always into mischief. She also has a rescue cat known as Tiny because she is!   Then there are the Bantams who have the free run of the garden most days.  In the photo you will see one of the 2 cockerels who are brothers  and they have 7 hens to boss about.

Brenda is the Sales Manager at JP Events & Exhibitions and has worked for the Company for 11 years, in that time she has worked on and attended nearly 50 shows and is very much looking forward to the inaugural LovePets show.

She loves animals and spent all her time as a child either at the stables or looking after her many guinea pigs. She currently has two cats called Kizzy and Lola who are sisters but are nothing alike, Kizzy is brave and adventurous whilst Lola who is twice her size is a real scaredy cat!

Christine is the newest member of the JP Events & Exhibitions team. This is her and and her fifteen month old ginger tabby T.S Eliot in their back garden in Eastbourne. 

Eliot has a passion for seagull feathers and brings at least one a day into the house and places them carefully out side the bedroom door. Christine grew up with two budgerigars, three cats, a rabbit, a goldfish, two gerbils and a dog and would love to have enough room to keep ducks in the future.

Hayley is a Senior Sales Executive at JP Events & Exhibitions and has worked for the company for 7 years. She is really enjoying working on the Love Pets Show and can’t wait to spoil her new puppy ‘Baxter’ with all the treats she plans to buy for him at the show this year.

Baxter is a Jack Russell crossed with a Miniature Poodle and is full of energy and mischief!

This is Marie and Pickle having a cuddle on the morning of her wedding last October! Marie is a Senior Sales Executive at JP Events & Exhibitions and has worked in the exhibition industry for 6 years, based in Eastbourne on the South Coast. Marie loves all animals with a passion, apart from snakes which she has an irrational phobia of…needless to say she will be avoiding the Burmese Python that will be attending the LovePets show!

Pickle is nearly 2 years old and loves hunting, sleeping in the laundry basket and “chatting” to Marie when she is hanging the washing out!

Here is Leanne with her 2 pet goldfish, Lewis and Nemo (birthday presents for her 4 year old, Sonny) – although Lewis is a bit camera shy! Leanne has worked for the company for 7 years now and is really enjoying working on the LovePets show.

She has been absolutely astounded at the vast range of pet products available in this industry and can’t wait to pick up some new bits for her fish at the show this year.

This is Suzie and Murphy. She can be found at 6am walking her new puppy through the woods, and then by evening  riding across the Sussex Downs on either of the family horses Mikey & Murphy. In between walking and riding she has been working for JP Events & Exhibitions for the last 2 years, and is very much looking forward to the new LovePets show.
